About UsThe CFO Network is a professional services firm based in San Diego, California with clients nationwide. The CFO team will partner with other expert service providers to ensure full solutions are delivered to meet customer requirements. We focus on evaluation, design, and installation of financial-and operations-based performance management tools. We are committed to working side-by-side with leadership teams to achieve the intended results. The firm was founded by Jan Bond who has worked across several different business sectors. She has expertise in managing cash flow, financial planning, analysis, and operational process improvements. At a large consumer products company she was responsible for managing daily cash balances of $15 million daily in receipts, payments, investments and funding requirements. She was the controller of a small business unit at a large technology company. At a large consulting practice, led projects to find inefficiencies and change processes or systems to reduce cost, save time and increase profitability. Jan has a MBA from Thunderbird, BBA from George Washington. She continues to study business, finance, and leadership. |
